What exactly is the espresso powder? Is it like an instant coffee powder which will dissolve, that specifically says "espresso" meaning it's darker and more acidic?
I have a coffee company in my family but I've never heard of this espresso powder 🙂

I was in Ireland (home) in September and my brother brought my hubby & I to Tullamore Dew. I don't like coffee but OMG the irsh coffee there was unbelievable and I swear it was the cream. Going again in March of next year and defo having an irish coffee again. Delish!

My boyfriend LOVES his Irish Whiskey. I need to get some of the O'Driscoll's and make this.
I may try this, but forgive me if I skip the whisky. That's why I've never even liked baileys was because of that liquor taste. I usually just have me coffee black, with no sugar so it'll take some getting used to.
Im celiac. Any alcohol that is gluten free that you would recommend?

I'm betting this is going to be better than the few 😬 bottles of Bailey's Irish Cream I've got stashed away! And I'll be encouraged to use it, as it's right there, in the fridge, taking up valuable real estate.
Now – to call around and see if any of the local liquor stores carry it, and if not, if it's on the "approved/available" list of the Alberta Liquor & Gaming Commission so I can order one.
