I have the pot and have used it a ton of times. it works good to me. I agree there customer service is a joke. They are rude and half of them can barely speak English. The infomercial says that you will get 100 worth of groceries if you order from them but what they don't tell you is they are coupons. like from the news paper. Majority of the coupons are not even for food or products I use. I called and asked why they false advertised and they hung up on me.

Yes… their customer service is a complete joke… you get somebody on the phone that is named "Bob" or "Joe" or "Lynn" and they can't understand a word you're saying and it's very difficult to understand what they are saying. I had to explain for about 10 minutes that this team was releasing way too fast from the release valve when I'm trying to build pressure. I had the valve in the off position and it's still released a ton of steam… I even fiddled around with it to see if I could get it to stop and I tried it three times. "Bob" finally told me that it was a defective unit. so I went back to the retail store and exchange it for a new one. the new one works perfectly and I've used it 6 times so far. if it does what it's doing to other people and stops working I will definitely get a different pressure cooker. I have a friend that has had hers for years and said it's awesome and never has failed…. so fingers crossed!

Hello, I have purchased power pressure cooker xl in September of 2015. Used it six times with in a six month period. Then it just stop working. The power would turn on, but it wouldn't heat the cup that inside. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send it back to them along with $25 check for returning cost. So in total I have to pay another$50 to get a working product. Is that how you should take care of your customers? I am very disappointed and would never recommend this product to anyone. In fact, my neighbor just bought instant pot, just because of my negative experience.
And by the way, my mother had the same problem. Only she used it twice.
