    Twice a week we do breakfast for dinner and have chicken fried rice and coz mum is keto I have collieflower rice I also make make breakfast baretos on the weekend for the kids and batch cook pancakes and put them in the frizer

    I can't believe how many meals you make per day! I have toast, juice and tea for breakfast, bring a sandwich for lunch at work, and the only meal I prepare is dinner. 😳😂 And then we have some fruits, youghurt with granola or nuts as snacks during the day.

    Me and hubby are continuing on with Keto, we've been loving it!
    We have left overs for lunch, bacon and eggs for brekky- i have a keto 'muesli' for days I'm not feeling like bacon and eggs, i have coffee every morning with some cream.
    This week we are having: Silverside with carrots and beans
    Satay chicken kebabs with ceaser salad
    Herb and garlic sausages with either veggies or salad (probably do this twice this week)
    Honey soy chicken kebabs with Asian salad

    Snacks for the week: twiggy sticks, pork crackling, natural Greek yoghurt, Avalanche sugar free drinking choc (add hot water and cream, delish!), dark choc, nuts
