Interesting this video popped up, cause i was just thinking about Menudo. Wondering what to replace the pig's feet/tripe with in a vegan version. Your "pork belly" might work.
Do you think it would hold its' form if added to a soup?

I've been wanting to make this vegan chorizo crumble that i used to get from this brand named Upton before my stores stopped selling it. Could you make a video on how to make it?

I'm a meat eater (was vegetarian for near 2 decades), but I haven't eaten pork since I was 13 (35 years now)…. From the looks of it I would DEFINITELY eat the heck out of this! 🤤😋

Looks onolicious 🤤 I am so excited to try this! My family and I don't eat pork anymore, but when we did, we used to make crispy fried pork belly and eat it with hot rice, tomatoes, onions, and a shoyu/vinegar sauce 😋 I haven't had it in years and this recipe looks like it will work!
Mahalo so much for sharing your plant based cooking with the world you are amazing 🤙 Take care and God bless 🌺

As an herbivore, after being around pulled pork for a few days, I had to see this.

Any recommendations for cheap buying options with all these ingredients for low-income viewers?

I love that you referenced where the inspiration, and idea originated from. It gives me a fair practice vibe and I respect that. Whether your version has more flavor is a matter of taste and opinion, what's important is that the idea was created. We need more content creators who are not ripping off smaller creators and passing their genius as their own. Thank you! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzB5rERaZ2N1OQRj_fkbyrQ
