I made this tonight. I’m kinda a “dump it”. So I sautéed the chicken like you said. I sautéed the Onions, garlic and celery. The. I cut up some baby red and orange peppers and some sugar snap peas. Left the onions on the bottom put the chicken on top of that, then put in the rice (wild rice mix) put all on. Egoism on top of that. Poured in Cup of chicken broth with about 1/4 cup of cream. Put it in my ninja and pressure cook for 14 min. Ohhhh my. Is it ever delish:!!,,,

Just made this, I added frozen broccoli which turned to mush Actually the rice is mush also. Maybe the broccoli added too much water to it. It tastes great though!! Thanks for the videos, keep 'em coming 🙂

I stumbled upon your video while looking for something to make using the ingredients I already have here bc I'm snowed in at the moment 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, I'm wondering about the rice. You didn't mention the texture of the rice. Does it get gummy, pasty or overcooked. There wasn't a good close up of the finished product. I think that might have helped. I hope it comes out well. I'm off to try it 🙂

I'm also not a fan of ranch but would try this with seasonings and spices I like. Maybe throw in some broccoli or asparagus at the end. I'm liking the one dish videos for something other than soup or spaghetti. Thanks.

So I have no idea why you always use so much cheese at the end!?!? It's like almost any dish you make, you add tons of shredded cheese. Can you be at least a bit more innovative and health-conscious? It's alright to have cheese but not every single time; I'm sure you can do better than this.

Someone posted a recipe on Facebook this morning for a lobster dish. Lobster, I thought. Maybe the store won’t mind if I shake it a few times in my pot before giving it back. The state of Maine passed a law prior to the Civil War declaring that inmates were not to be fed lobster more than three times a week. Cruelty; that’s right. I wonder how many times they are getting lobster now. They seem to have resolved that problem.

Oh, Lisa what a wonderful meal idea this is but what is Ranch seasoning is it like stuffing, but not made into balls? I use "Uncle Benns Golden Vegetable Rice" that cooks in a microwave, could I use that in this recipe, you know sort of open the packet and dump it in? I love the way things go wrong with your cooking like the spoon falling in or you drop some of the grub on the floor, I sit over here in England laughing my head off some times Lisa. By the way, does Aunt Ruth have a Ninja Foodi? I know she doesn't have the Ninja Foodi Grill I just wondered if she has this. Did you make the opening titles to this with the Pressure Crisp cartoon thing it is very good?

Hi Lisa….. which Ninja Foodi are you using? There are so many now that I can't quite tell LOL Love the recipe, but I'm not much of a ranch person, so I would omit that and add mushrooms. Love your channel and everything that you do… you're real and can cook real, not fancy smancy with tons of ingredients that most don't have in the pantry, which I totally love!
