    Better try the original odisha rasugulla. They are slightly brown in color and made from pure cheena. The white once are the once which was copied from odia version and some araarot and semolina was added to increase the self time and to make it white to look good. The odisha verity is soft,spongy and melts in mouth whereas the other one is generally rubbery.

    This dish is not a joke, it is definitely hard to replicate and lots of techniques. Make sure it is not your first attempt in doing dessert, this is quite complicated one…u should try doing gulab jamun or others first, if u still insist to do an Indian dessert
