Making turkey breast in the oven can be a pain. You need to tend to it, baste it, make sure it doesn’t dry out, not to mention it can be an all-day task to cook. BLECH. AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME FO’ DAT!
So I decided to make my turkey breast and gravy the way it should be done: moist, juicy, tender and EASY right in my Ninja Foodi, where we’ll give it a final roast RIGHT IN THE SAME DEVICE (without heating up your entire kitchen for hours), or Instant Pot!
This Thanksgiving, you’ll be the one giving the thanks at how easy and fun it is to cook turkey quickly and magnificently (again, in one compact appliance) with no hassles at all!

Can you still add the stuffing inside the turkey breast underneath??? It looks so good, im making this tomorrow, but not sure if I dare add stuffing like a regular bird🤔 thx for the tips!😊
Made this for Christmas and, oh my God! The gravy was to die for. We were fighting over leftovers (not that there was much left!). LOL Thank you for another outstanding recipe.
Holy Poops! I am gonna make this ASAP! Nice!
Is this turkey breast brined or kosher?
Hi i need help!!! I dont have time to defrost my Turkey breast. I bought a 5lb breast about an hour ago.. How long should I cook it in the foodie with out defrosting it?.
Why are you cooking with the ninja foodi when all you want to do is talk about the instant pot we are interested in the Ninja foodi
Love you guys!
GREAT glaze idea. Thanksgiving is to honor Sage
Wherever she is😘
This looks fantastic and easy. I'm trying this because I only have thanksgiving day off work. Thanks !
You could put veggies in the turkey breast cavity.
those gravy packets must have alot of sodium 🥴
I just ordered my Ninja Foodi! I hope that you make a few more Foodi recipes to go along with your outstanding Instant Pot recipes. As soon as I get the Foodi I will be doing a trial run for Thanksgiving and making a lovely turkey breast with your recipe. Thanks again for the great tutorial!
Just came across this while searching for ninja foodi turkey breast recipe. Will be perfect for Thanksgiving this year—we will be camping at the Oregon Coast. I’ll take my foodi along in the camper😊
I made this today for a potluck dinner. My turkey breast weighed 4 pounds which was the largest the market had. I cooked it as your recipe indicated and put it into the oven (I have an Instant Pot) for about 10 minutes to brown. It rested once out of the oven for about 30 minutes before I carved it. It was so dry—not a bit of moisture in it. The only saving grace was the gravy, which was really tasty. Should the cooking time be adjusted for the size of the turkey breast? If 35 minutes is right for the higher weight, should the time be lower for a smaller one?
Would this recipe work for turkey thighs and legs?
The latest FDA recommendation is to not rinse poultry before cooking. Rinsing scatters the bacteria from the poultry into the rinse water and contaminates anything it touches.
I have the 3 qt InstantPot, but it cooks the boneless 1/2 breast (about 3 lbs) perfectly. I have also used a whole cornish hen and 4 chicken breasts (bone in).
nice hat
When are you going to get a crisplid 😎🐬🧜♀️
Mmmmmmmm…I can't wait to make this! Yum!
I have a ninja foodi and love it. I bought a 6 quart instant pot for secondary stuff like mashed potatoes!
Damn it your good
Can you use the air fryer instead of bake/roast after you pressure cook it??? Thanks!
For the past decade I’ve been in charge of making the Thanksgiving Turkey. Been brining it and cooking it the old fashioned way. Usually a 20–22 pounder, always came out tender and juicy. I’m going to try a turkey breast in my IP, brine it the same as I have been doing, but definitely make your gravy. I’ll be able to try out my immersion blender (thanks Jeff). I’ll let you know how it turns out.
Tried the turkey tonight, nice flavor but mine came out a little tough. maybe longer cooking time?
WHERE ARE YOUR GLOVES ??? HANDLING RAW POULTRY IS DANGEROUS
The turkey breast looks great….and the best part of the video was watching you guys enjoy eating what you made.👌👍😁
Rice would go perfect with that!
Do you reccomend quick releaseevery time i cook , i dont like to wait the down time
I just bought the foodi, i think this will be the first thing i try in it…looks really good

You did it Again Jefferey, Home Run!! Turkey was Wonderful with your special mashed potatoes.
Hey, Jeff,
I just cooked this recipe step by step in my Ninja Foodi, and I've got to tell you, it was delicious! The turkey and the gravy turned out amazing! Here's something you'll love hearing… I've never cooked a turkey or turkey breast in my entire life! This was just so simple and delicious that I just had to let you know!
Thanks!
Dougie
I'm a truck driver so I'm not normally watching gay guys making food but this gay guy is wicked cool because he's not super in your face outrageous or over Uber fantastic fabulous gay he still A Guy and he's kind of changing my perception I just might subscribe to his channel?!
I have a question that requires an answer! How did you choose to use "bake" rather than "broil" or the Air Crips. Also – how do you KNOW (how will I know) how much time to set it for? I have an IP, not a NF, but I'd like to have an NF and so …… choosing which button to push is sometimes the ???? Thanks! Looks great! Glad to hear someone choosing Kitchen Bouquet (or similar) to brown up. I have always used it for gravies.
Made this for Christmas in my 6qt IP. It was the first time I have ever had such juicy turkey! This is now what will be used for years to come. Thank you!
Mashed tatties would be lovely with that turkey crown & gravy.
What pressure cooking do you love the most??? I’m going to buy one but I’m so confused on what one to buy
Thanks for sharing have a wonderful day. Look delicious 👍🏿❤
You're so thin …..ugh…
Jeffrey, in a previous comment you stated "the Ninja Foodi in on Amazon for under 200.00 dollars..I could not find that price the cheapest is 229.00 and more .. where can I find that please?
I have cooked the family turkey for years… I thought I'd save some time this year using this recipe. It's the first year ever I was told my turkey was dry. Great recipe for the gravy, terrible for turkey
Thanks Jeffrey! I made this turkey breast in my Instant Pot using your recipe and it was so tender and delicious. Couldn't believe how easy it was. For the gravy, I made one variation. I used my immersion blender (which I bought because of you) in the gravy and it pureed all those carrots and celeries and made it all creamy. You are the best!
Need to edit the downloadable (printed) recipe……it has paprika in there, but no paprika in the video. I'm trying this in a couple of days. Mine is in the fridge thawing now.
