Would you recommend buttering the crust before broiling?
Hi Jeremy! I was curious to try this recipe the other day but was hesitant because the Ninja Foodi is a whole new thing and was kind of nervous. I was so lucky to find your video!!! It came out perfect! Everyone loved it! Thank you so much!!!! Please, I have a question… when you select the Sear/Saute option, do you hear a clicking sound as the pot heats up? I don-'t know if I just happen to notice it now? Im talking about a clicking noise even before I add the oil in… wondering if its normal. My ninja foodi is brand new basically… just made like 4 things in it so far. Thank you so much in advance!
Mmm good!
only thing, for a pot pie, you need pie crust surrounding it. bottom, sides, top. wonder if that can be done in the ninja.
Thx for the great video. You’ve given me some confidence. It will be my first meal in my new Foodi. I hope mine turns out as good as yours.
I actually just go myself the Instant Pot Duo Crisp & air fryer. I may just have to try this recipe, it looks sooooo good.
Nice recipe but if we don’t want to use pie cust and want to make chicken breast currey not much liquid but dry for wraps then what to do. What temperature settings and what kind of buttons and for what.
My chicken pot pie has boiled egg, when do you add that?
Jeremy: "I did not have thyme"
Me: "I see what you did there" 👀👌🏾
I made this today, and thanks to you for recommending seasoning the chicken. It turned out awesome! Where did you get that mini silicone spatula?
My husband is asking for chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. Loved your video and will be following your recipe. Thank you for illustrating. Subscribed to your channel!
Thank you Jeremy! for explaining easy way and great recipe!!!
Nicely done! Which size Foodi is that?

I like your postings may I suggest a little sense of humour
Question:
What setting was the foodi on when u added the flour, keep warm or saute?
What size is your Foodi? I see online there is a 6.5qt and an 8qt. What's your recommendation?
🙁 I'm in the UK and have just bought the Ninja Foodie but that recipe is not in the English recipe book
Hi Jeremy- I wanted to make this recipe but was unsure. After watching you I went for it! I followed you step by step. I did use 4 carrots and potatoes instead of peas (a favorite in my house) Perfect! I love your videos. It helps having something other than the book!
Great video. Thank you for sharing. New subscriber.
Ok that looks good .. :")
since I bought my Ninja I have not used my oven and rarely my stove! This is the best product by far! I also have their blender.. I am going to convert all my kitchen gadgets to NINJA!! Thanks for going step by step. keep the recipes coming! Makes it much easier!!!!!
Thanks for showing this recipe – I was skeptical when I read it in the cookbook, but your video gave me the confidence to give it a try. And it is SO FREAKING GOOD. The chicken is tender, the sauce is flavorful, the crust is crispy and amazing. I could eat this every day.
Thanks so so much I will try this recipe tonight 😋❤️
Well spoken, fantastic, clean and clear presentation.
This looks delicious! I love chicken pot pie! I was glad to see a recipe that uses real pie crust instead of biscuits. Santa brought me a Ninja Foodi for Christmas and I am still experimenting with it. This I will be trying! Thanks, good video!
Wow finally! Great video! Everything was short sweet and to the point 🤘🏼 definitely subscribing keep up the good work sir
I'm using the ninja food to learn how to cook and I'm planning on using this video to try my first recipe. good job looks good
Hey Jeremy- I'm still in the "checkin' out the recipes" stage, but will be diving into the cooking phase this week. Always loved chicken pot pie, and this recipe looks GREAT! It'll be one of the first, I can tell. Thanks for the great video!
Looks good. Havent tried mine yet but this looks like a good one to try.
What was your start to finish time?
Hi great video
Did it yesterday for dinner my first try with Ninja was easy & tasteful . What I did put all my spices at the same time of chicken. Thanks for your video you doing a great job.
I'll try this with my leftover chicken from last nights dinner. I did a whole chicken in the Foodi. It turned out ok. I'm getting better as I go.
Jeremy I absolutely love at your voice your mannerisms and your skills with the ninja foodie please keep making the videos you do an excellent job I just found you and what a fine that was God bless have a great day
Thanks for the video, I’m sold.
Great video. Thanks for the recipe. I made it as my first meal in my brand new Foodi. Turned out great. I did make a mistake in not cutting the + in the crust…so it blew a vent hole….LOL, but otherwise was perfect. Thanks again.
Made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! Like you, Jeremy, I seasoned the chicken too and I added a bit of ground sage and dried thyme (didn't have fresh). The pie crust had to be put on top in pieces like a puzzle because I couldn't pick it up in one piece but that didn't matter at all once it was put on the plate. This is a great recipe. Oh, I also diced up and added 2 small red potatoes. Will probably add some green beans too next time. I lifted the lid at the 8 minute mark and it was perfectly golden brown so I shut it off.
Went to Costco yesterday and brought the Phillips air fryer. Cooked some chicken wings last night. They were delicious. After eating I started watching some videos on here and came across you. Well today I blessed my sister with the Phillips air fryer and went back to got the foodie. I can't wait to use it!!!
Just got my Foodi Sunday. Haven't used it yet but this will be the first thing I cook in it and then the French Onion Soup from the cookbook. This appliance is gonna be a game changer. This makes me want to quit my job and stay home so I can cook stuff all day long. Thank you for your wonderful videos, Jeremy.
