    I love Asian food and I love to cook it myself instead of going to a restaurant all the time but, Indonesian food… I will not try to make it because I think its difficult, so many ingredients for just one dish.

    The indonesian salad that you had is called "gado-gado" not "ketoprak" (what your caption said). Ketoprak has different ingredients even though it also uses peanut sauce (and the peanut sauce has different spices than the gado-gado sauce).
