I cook my eggs in the instant pot for three minutes with a six minute natural release and they come out perfect! I always have hard-boiled eggs in my house too.

My tip – tare the top off the egg carton and use only the bottom for boiled eggs so you always know which are raw vs boiled. I use the same bottom over and over.

I so wish I Could eat these two foods. I have histamine issues and when I have them they cause me to flare (I’m either allergic or sensitive to eggs, mainly the whites), same with ground meat of all kinds. 😢

I have the little egg cooker as well. It makes perfect boiled eggs. So easy and not messy!
I told my niece that I eat a pound of bacon a week. She nearly had a heart attack and told me that I am going to have one. 😂

I love my DASH egg cooker. I got my DASH at Target. Also, I buy sugar free, low sodium 3 pack of bacon at Costco. I love your chocolate bacon idea! 😛❤️ Hope you find your M.I.A. Easter egg…😂😂😂

Paula I made your herb butter. When I made it since we have to melt butter and then put herbs in and then put in fridge, the consistency is more now like clarified butter. Your looks whipped. I’m wondering what I did wrong?

Thank God for our chickens and ducks for giving us free fresh eggs daily and it has been the cheapest way to also feed our family and filling 😊. Thank you Paula and God bless 🙏🏿

Yay! I’m doing something right I thought I was crazy having so many eggs in the fridge. And life without bacon? No way! Paula, you are the bacon of my life. Lol

I always cook my eggs in an electric egg cooker similar to yours. So much easier than an Instant Pot in my opinion. I keep my Jalapeño Deviled Eggs in the fridge most of the time to eat along with my Keto meals.

I work full time 6-3:30 with a husband who is not well and 110 lb dog. I walk her everyday minimum 30-50 minutes follow Sydney Cummings workout 6 days a week so meal prep is crucial. My GP said take care of yourself and I said I follow Paula she keeps me motivated ❤

Agree about the eggs and bacon for sure. Always have cooked bacon in the fridge. I had gotten away from the hard boiled eggs but started having them in the fridge the last month. Great snack and easy quick egg salad for lunch or have on top of Chaffle for breakfast with bacon or sausage patty. BTW, I made your cheesy ranch chicken last night.. it was delicious. Got another “this is good honey” from my husband. So glad I bought the cookbook Paula. 😋🤤

I enjoy eggs everyday and bacon a couple of times a week as a meal. I do not snack on keto. I do not pre-prepare either though as both are so quick to cook. We have different bacon in Australia to the US and everyone I know eats it hot, not cold.

Great idea for the month. I also bake a couple of pounds of bacon so it’s always ready. I’ll try the chocolate covered bacon but those sugar free chips give me terrible gas! ☺️. Darn sugar alcohols.

I love meal prep videos. I tend to wax and wane with meal prepping but it is so helpful when I do it. Looking forward to this series!! I have the smaller Dash 6 egg cooker and its been a game changer! They are great!
