    Love your channel & recipes! Just a tip – you could try reusable glass freezer containers for sauces, to cut down on the plastic & garbage. Then you just need to set them in a luke-warm bowl of water, so it seperates from the glass before you transfer the contents into a pot or pan. I use to use soooo many plastic bags/ zip-locks / saranwrap in the past and just realized how much easier it was to use sustainable/washable containers💪😉👍

    Do your boys eat low carb majority of the day? Have a teen who is in football and looking for low carb snacks he will enjoy that will still provide nutrition and be filling. Hard with a picky teen :/
