Loved the Alfredo. Doing the mole and slaw today. I used to go to this place called Rubioโ€™s in San Diego and the slaw tastes like what they used in their fish tacos! Yum!!!

Love your sauces! This is one of my survival mode techniques, too. I keep a sauce or two already made up in the fridge and use them in a couple of different dishes. I also sautรฉ a batch of mushroom in butter and carmelize a batch of onions and keep them in the fridge. Theyโ€™re easy to add in with basic proteins with or without a sauce. Theyโ€™re great in omelets, on a burger or steak or even a pork chop. They add into sauces to give a little variation there, too. Or the onions can be cut up and mixed into sour cream along with onion powder, powdered or granulated beef bouillon and a dash of coconut aminos or Worcestershire sauce to make a quick French onion style dip for pork rinds or veggies. I think big until it actually comes time to fix dinner, then I just donโ€™t feel like being bothered with it. Sauces and little extras already prepared make it easy.

Canโ€™t wait to try your pesto – the avocado is genius! Thanks!!
