    I love that recipe. I have never made my own curry, always cheated with a tinned sauce but I am going to try that this weekend. Having to substitute the coconut milk with evaporated milk because my mum has a nut allergy and I don't like coconut. Wouldn't risk it for her though. Cannot wait to try this, thank you for sharing.

    It says it can be served to a whole family but roughly how many can it serve?
    I like the recipe but I can’t just make this on a whim plus I would prefer to not make too much as I just want to try it out before actually considering if I would make it again.

    I normally cook traditional Indian curries and I was a little sceptical about this one, but it turned out absolutely amazing! Great flavour and perfectly balanced! I cooked it a little longer and added Garam Masala instead of Cinnamon. It had the perfect consistency, too, didn't add any cornflour. Thank so much!
