Love chicken livers and gizzards. I like my livers with a crispy crust and then dip them in BBQ or ranch dip. I fry a crispy crust on my gizzards and then pop them in the crock pot. When they're about half way done, I pour BBQ sauce over them and let them get nice and tender. Mmmmm good!

I cook liver every once in awhile, usually pork because that's what I can get where I'm at. Never thought to try it with a tangy sauce like a buffalo sauce but next time I'm gunna do it your way.

I'm sorry i'm just getting back to you. Now congratulations retiring after 34 years of hard work. One thing i like about you Cheff Jeff is that you stayed true to the game. Even though your not working, you decide d to do cooking at home & for your neighbor's & the community. Even though it's just a burger you fix a mean burger. Take care Mr.Williams hope i catch you on your next new video.

I love chicken livers… Haven't had in decades. Will try one day with Buffalo sauce… Never thought about this.
Yes, I like the small ones…crispier! As much as love fried liver…I just hate frying in my kitchen. Thought about frying outside on grill. But looking at these chicken livers…I want to make soon. 🙂

Got container from Walmart last Thursday & fried them up…delicious! My grandmother taught me, her prep recipe is identical to yours except for the sauce – just used Ranch Dressing to dip. Love them…thanks for sharing your take on fried chicken livers! Its the only way to correctly prep them!

Chef, I too love chicken liver. I have never eaten buffalo sauce but I want to try. I am so pleased you have been able to retire. I. Hope you. Will be happy with your new mission, and.that GOD blesses it mightily. Chef, it hurts me to. Hear you say. My God, I know you don’t mean any disrespect, but please don’t say it.

You and me must be brothers from different mothers! I love fried chicken livers and gizzards. A good way to tenderize gizzards is to soak them in buttermilk overnight with seasonings and hot sauce. The gizzards are tender after frying, but still retain that slightly firm texture. Delicious.

We usually do chicken liver adobo. You braise it in a blend of water, vinegar, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and black pepper, and a Bay Leaf. Mom used to use whole peppercorns but now uses ground pepper.
