    but seriously, i've got the two cookbooks and the e-book which includes this recipe?! but it' is really nice being able to watch you make it. definitely going to be whipping out a pot to combat this southern california cold spell we're having. getting down to 40 F at night has me breaking out all four of my down comforters. lmao

    are we ever going to see pressure-cooker-one-pot kinda-insta recipes?! or have i missed them over these past couple of years? = (

    So nice to see an old fashioned recipe vid from you Lauren! I make paste e fagioli all the time and I keep the pasta separate. I'm making a big ol' batch and eating it all week and it avoids mushy noods! Tip for any Canadians: you can get generic vegan chicken (and beef) bouillon cubes from the Bulk Barn! They come in gold and silver foil and they are actually so tasty. And very affordable, of course, highly recommended! MUCH cheaper, tastier, and more efficient than say buying tetrapacks of veggie stock from the store.
