    Glad I found you awhile back! You and many other channels have helped changed my mindset on dieting. For two years chicken rice and veggies was king. While it was working (when I followed it), I was always breaking when it came to old foods I used to enjoy. Now, in total I'm down 111lbs (300lbs to 189lbs). Didn't think I would love getting into the kitchen and trying new recipes so much. To you and all the other likeminded anabolic channels, thank you!

    It's maybe worth mentioning the macros are ONLY for the chicken – they don't include the rice. That's probably obvious to most people, but it's different than normal and new folks might be confused.

    Man this one is a staple, can't go wrong especially when adding some RJF flair. Lost 80 lbs using your methods but put on 15 lbs over the year. Back down to 190, and here's to getting down to 170 by spring. Keep that train rolling my man!
