Thanks for this review. The lid thing plus storage of it would be a problem for me. I do have a ninja blender and foodie that I use a lot but the foodie although it takes up a lot of room is always on my counter, so not much room for something bigger. However, it is tempting now that I have a larger freezer too.

I love mine..but for an entirely different reason than most people have…my refrigerator freezer nor my big freezer can not keep ice cream frozen or even make ice cubes…don’t ask me why, but I live in Southern California so the summers can be quite warm and a bowl of ice cream is a nice treat…the Ninja Creami is perfect for me plus one container is two desserts because I eat half and re-freeze the other half…right now I have three different flavors to choose from in the freezer for my next treat…

I WAS CAUGHT UP IN THE YOUTUBE HYPE.😩 I would not buy the product again. Not a product I use frequently. So therefore i do not want it taking up storage space on my kitchen counter. I love your channel for all the product reviews, tips, advice & recipes. Thank you 👏👏❤️

I love my ninja sorry thst you dont. I look at cist for 1 pint of low fat healthy ice cream and shake my head. My creami was my birthday present to myself. No trouble cleaning it. Again sorry you don't love yours.

Huh. I've had my Creami for well over a year. We're keto and always have several in the freezer at the ready. We probably use it 3-4 times a week. I've always cleaned it immediately after processing and have never had an issue with a bad smell. I think that's the key – just wash it right away. When this one dies, I'll get the next version. I absolutely love it, especially because we know exactly what is in the ice cream, and for us that means zero sugar.

That is the same problem I have with the ninja Nutri auto iq blender base for single smoothies. There is no way to clean it. The gasket is not meant to be removed but food gets stuck underneath it. So I worry about the safety/sanitary aspect of it. It is easier to use if you dont know there is food under there collecting bacteria but I know it's there so its gross. I wonder why Ninja has never addressed this problem.

I wouldn't want to be without my Ninja Creami. I can 100% understand your points for how you use it. I use mine 'almost' every day. I eat WFPB (whole food plant based) and my ice creams are actually 100% blended fruit. In fact, I'm getting ready today to make my next batch and it will have 3 ingredients. Bananas, oranges and peaches. I have 8 containers. I always run it one cycle on Sorbet – than another cycle on Mix In. Perfection!

Buying ice cream that is WFPB is ridiculously expensive, so this has paid for itself early on. 🙂

Sorry but I don’t have a problem cleaning! I have the Ninja Creami Deluxe and I always drop it directly in hot soapy water right after spinning and run a small bottle brush through lid opening and it’s a breeze to clean. No bad smell ever.

To be honest, the cleaning is NOT a problem. If we bake a cake, cook a meal or anything there is ALWAYS clean up. The secret is to do it IMMEDIATELY. Also, whip up a few at a time and clean only once. If you whip ahead w/o processing just before eating it will not be quite as fluffy but will still be great if you let it sit out for 5 minutes or so. I have made ice cream with this over a 100 times I think and not once did I slack off on the cleaning which takes 5 minutes. Totally worth it .
