I might have to buy that book! I made the gravy, tonight for my husband. (I can't eat due to allergies). He put it over a lentil loaf and baked potato. He said, "from 1 to 10, it is a 100!". LOL. He went crazy over it, and ate 3 baked potatoes because he couldn't get enough of it. I did a couple of slight changes, but mostly the recipe intact. I used red miso instead of white, because it is what I had in the house. Also used a combo of brown rice flour and arrowroot starch to thicken. Thank you for sharing. It is a keeper!

Thank you SO much for providing such great content! I'm subbed to MANY HCLF channels and yours is the one that I really connect to. Showing your dishes go from kitchen to table is very helpful. It puts the puzzle pieces together and so just clicks in my head!

This gravy is so amazing!!! I did add the pepper. I love pepper in my gravy, and it is truly a wonderful gravy to use on more than just potatoes, for sure. I did freeze some in ice cube trays. I hope it is still alright to use after that.
