    Full blown meat eater here.. looking to learn some vegan recipes and convert. I donate the average persons salary to animal rescues yearly so it doesn’t make sense that I’m eating them too lol thanks for the tips this should be fun but challenging.

    I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

    Made two of these this week! Both are banging! Do you have a link to the tempeh you use? To get 150g per serving (as per the method on the app), I have to eat 12 cubes of tempeh as opposed to a nice three or four 😭
