    Great video Sweetie. Hey just to let you know you have to subtract the alcohol sugars or erythritol in your sweets too to get the right told carbohydrates. Those popsicles should have been 3.5 carbs

Tiffany Moore is really good on YouTube( Moore To Health channel) low / high impact easy and effective. No wonder I lost a stone .

    I completely stopped snacking after meals. I do longer periods of not eating (5hrs) and then a fast period (16hr mins). I recently met my goal and don't CRAVE anymore. KEEP IT UP lady!

    Just to let you know and anyone else, the Russell Stover candies main sweetener is still Maltitol they only use a minimal amount of stevia so they could put it on the bag which is very misleading!

    I see you bought the Skittles that I told you about… Isn't it delicious. I use it to make my own sugarfree fruit popsicles. I blend some frozen mixed fruit then add a pk or 2 of the skittles pour in my popsicle molds and bamm…. My own popsicles.

    I am low carb as well- not sure if you’ve tried Minute Main Lemonade Zero Sugar Juice and Gold Peak Zero Sugar Sweet Tea, my problem was always wanting soda but I drink seltzer water or sparkling water if I get the urge, also the Outshine Zero Sugar Bars are good as well, my thing was getting over the snacking and once I stopped that and stuck to just meals I’ve been losing weight

    Whoever reads this: PLEASE stop yourself from wolfing down these Caramel turtles and the Reese’s cups!!! I couldn’t behave myself … only 1 net carb, right!? WRONG!! I was on the toilet FOREVER!! This maltitol shit is the worst!! Tastes like sugar but reacts like a laxative on speed! 😱
