Idk how you make your kodiak cakes but I’ve been using a vanilla or cinnamon roll protein shake instead of water or milk & not only does it add protein but also makes it taste better. Definitely like this style of video btw

I’ve been silently watching you for awhile but today is the day I finally come out of my shell and comment! Love this new journey you are on, you are killing it and so inspirational! When I was lifting heavy I know people would say gummy bears and candy type fuel intra workout but my favourite was honeydew melon. I just had it prepped in the fridge, cut packages and ready to go!

Hey Danielle… I have a question. When you switched from Keto to kinda the Anabolic type diet you are currently doing, and incorporated carbs and stuff back into your diet, did your cravings and binge eating temptations come back?? Im wanting to switch things up to see how my body will react, but im nervous. Ive been doing Keto for 1 year, Went from 405lbs down to 284lbs as of this week. My goal is to get down to 200, and I feel like I need to change it up but im scared cravings/appetite/binge eating will return if I get out of ketosis.
