I appreciate the effort you put into this, but wouldn't you say that by definition carnivore is just animal products? As soon as you throw some vegetables in there it simply becomes a low-carb diet. Nothing wrong with that, but I think the distinction is important for those who are doing carnivore as a carnivore.

Hi Kati! It’s Mary here from Canada! 🙂 Guess what? I’m going Carnivore as of today!!! I was ‘on the fence’ for a while with carnivore-keto, but want to do a 30 day experiment! Can you tell me, when you make your bone broth, would you also eat that meat also (that was on the bone)? I just feel like it would be quite a waste and wondered if others like yourself eat it also. TY for your beautiful videos and more importantly, your beautiful ❤️ ps…your curry bone broth base reminds me of something I might try in my fridge that I made: turmeric mixed with coconut oil….I am not going 100% carnivore either, just having some dairy (cheese slices on burgers, some HWC in a coffee or two) and some spices.

Ok, I'm asking to learn. Aren't carrots, onions, cauliflower NOT carnivore? I noticed you said in the video that you served it over cauliflower rice because you're not 100% carnivore at the time, but the title of the video includes the words carnivore and zero carb, which it's not if plants are used? Really, I'm not trying to be carnivore police, just trying to clarify for me to learn. Thank you for sharing. We all benefit greatly from it!

Was he hunting goat? Or did he go hunting and buy a goat leg? Lol I use to raise goats and the thought of "hunting" a goat makes me legit laugh. You could literally walk up to those idiots not much "hunt" involved.

Many of these recipes are entirely not carnivore diet approved.
You can't include vegetables, remove fats, or season with anything but pink Himalayan sea salt.
    I'm sure these recipes work.
But please don't label your videos with misleading titles
Also dried meats like jerky are counterintuitive to carnivore diet. As they contain the things you are trying to get rid of.

I was hoping to find recipes for a carnivore exclusion diet – i.e. no vegetables – your broth has several types of vegetable – and your 'non' vegetable broth has cider vinegar – made from apples. I have arthritis and need to see if this diet can help with cutting down inflammation – I am sorry — but this more like a Keto diet.

I do bone broth in my pressure cooker. Too many histamines in the low and slow kind. And, maybe you can save money not buying tallow, schmaltz, and lard by SAVING THE FAT FOR COOKING!

For the lamb why not cut the bone off so it fits in the pot/ BTW leg of lamb is beautiful if its butterflied (deboned) and stuffed with veg and or marinaded in a rub. Use lots of garlic. Then slow roast in the oven. It's spankingly good.

There were a lot of ingredients that are not meat. I am eating carnivore to try to improve my autoimmune disorders. I don’t think that bone broth or sausage due to the vegetables, vinegar, and spices would be appropriate. The purpose of this diet is to exclude all of those things.

Notes on the broth. Maybe a little more apple cider vinegar. Let it soak for 20 min. That will Leache more nutrition including calcium. Also make sure you have a knuckle bone or feet in it. If you wanna get real technical check the temp. 185 degrees Fahrenheit would be ideal for collagen breakdown.
