Reminiscing the past. Year 2007 I was doing short courses (of course Ma'am Rose with you as the super excellent teacher) with Caro and Marie in Cherry Court Bldg., fronting San Carlos Boys Hi and it was 7 kinds of chocolate cakes, Chiffon cakes, Basic Cake Decorating, Chocolate Artistry (ALL my plastic molds, the rose flower design, the hearts design, and a lot more are still very much here in my kitchen cabinet), 8-Special breads, Dirty Ice Cream Making, and Balloon Making and Twisting, and had been selling cakes for 2 years after that. My kitchen aide heavy duty white colored mixer (I bought from your shop that has a free meat grinder in year 2007) is still with me even up this time, and very much in a very good condition. Now that I have decided to make, bake and sell goodies once again, and I can't find the copies of my recipes and also have forgotten the exact ingredients and measurements, and so I was forced to search online for a guide on CHEESE STICKS and to my surprised, the other day I saw your YouTube channel Ma'am Rose. I was VERY HAPPY. I can't describe how I feel, because years before last week I was hoping that you are following other chefs sharing their knowledge online so that it will be convenient for the viewers willing to learn something or do business for a living. I used to buy all my ingredients and my baking pans from your shop both in Cherry Court and in APM Mall. My 8 year old niece loves watching your videos, and she likes that it is in English, because she is a Fil-Am and not willing to learn our Visayan dialect. It is difficult to find a channel that the chef is speaking everything in English and the ingredients used are easy to find here in Cebu. She loves baking and love watching your video. I told her that I learned a lot from you and your techniques because you're an excellent and so generous in sharing them. Thank you so much Ma'am Rose and hope one day, my 8 year old niece will meet you personally. She said she still want to bake her first chocolate cake using the recipe in your video, so she can have an experience to share with you. God bless you and more power to your business and YouTube channel.❤❤❤ Salute to you Ma'am Rose. I missed sitting in your classroom and listening to your demo and doing the actual application afterwards. I am amazed by my classmates who travelled from Bukidnon and places outside Visayas just to enroll to your short culinary courses.
