Years ago I purchased a Henkel Santuko knife. It has a blunted tip but has the cutting area of a much larger knife. The best part is that the handle fits comfortably in my large hand. Also have a Global brand knife I use a lot. I get scared watching you use your small dull knife in your wonderful vids. Step up to a good knife or knives. They don't have to be the same brand, just make sure they are comfortable in your hand and feel balanced. Thanks for staying on topic, being clear with your instructions and having a nice variety of recipes. Sometimes the audio is too loud or too soft. Overall I'd give your production a 10 out of 10.
