    Hello! Is it possible to make this cheesecake without the coffee – just leaving it out? Would the cheesecake still turn out without that ingredient or would you have to substitute something?     Gimme! Must make recipe for me. I love coffee flavored desserts and love love love cheesecake!

    I can't decide whether to try your crust – almond flour is expensive. I don't use graham cracker crust for anything I bake because shortbread crust makes me weak-kneed. Especially with crushed toasted pecans. But I think I might like the almond flour if I toast first.

    Can't wait for next trip to store to get the ingredients to make this! Thanks for sharing!

    Looks delicious πŸ˜‹ It must be my taste buds. No matter how much of that same sweetener I use it doesn't taste sweet to me. I bought another bag at Costco before I really tried my first. Think I'll return it. I don't eat as much sweets stuff as my husband but this just doesn't do it for me. I'll have to try something else. The recipe looks easy and will definitely give it a try.     I LOVE cheese cake but have not been able to eat it for over 2 years. I can't have dairy or eggs- do you have any idea how I could make a non-dairy, non egg cheesecake? I can buy them at Whole Foods but wow, they are expensive! Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for THIS recipe.

    Hello Ladies, My you girls look beautiful today. Let's see, since I am a coffee lover and also a cheesecake lover, I believe this cheesecake is for me. Ya know Nili, this is the first time I have seen cheesecake cooked with a low setting. I am thinking that may just make it more creamy and yummy. I also like the fat daddio pan, I currently have the spring form and am thinking of getting your pan. I just love watching your videos and sharing your family with us.     I love coffee and I will love this cheesecake, I used to make an almond crust for my cheesecake by grinding almonds and mixing them with sugar and butter, not as fine as almond flour, and then baking it before adding the filling. I love your taste testers!
