    I subbed. In America, pumpkin is mostly eaten during the fall and mainly in desserts. I've never liked dessert pumpkin dishes and recently started adding pumpkin to hearty recipes. I'll definitely be making this soon. This looks delicious! Thank you so much!

    By the way, you seem to prefer to sauté/sweat vegetables/onion and sear meat in olive oil, don’t you worry about the lower burning point of olive oil compared to for instance canola oil or grape seed oil ?

    Once again a stunning video recipe from you. I’m not big on cheese, but will try to make this soup without so much cheese and see if it’s still okay. The way you mix in the sounds from the pot hitting the stovetop to the knife chopping onions on the cutting board to the sound effect when you close in on the rosemary just is very professionally made.
