I buy a big brick of plain Ramen noodles from the only store in my area that sells international foods that are authentic use home made stock add a little soy sauce a hard boiled egg for each person and using leftover chicken or pork to lay on top
I don't really eat ramen anymore, but when I was little, my mom would make the noodles too soggy/mushy, which my sister and I would complain about, as we also like our pasta with a bit of bite to it. But I remember she would crack an egg in the boiling water for a poached egg or use leftover homemade bone broth in place of the water. I taught my college roommate about adding a poached egg and spinach into ramen.
Has anyone on here ever put peanut butter in their ramen? I just about fell out of my chair when I saw that–but then maybe it's good. Do you use the peanut butter and the seasoning? Do you add anything else? I would absolutely love some words of wisdom on the subject of peanut butter and ramen from an experienced combiner of these two seemingly incompatible ingredients. Thanks you!!
Using only metal chopsticks and ceramic bowl. Cook soup package with noodles. Take 25% of the cooking time recommended for al dente. Add a teaspoon of sriracha sauce and rice vinegar to noodles before serving.

Back when I was regularly eating ramen, I combined vegetable beef soup with beef ramen, to make it more like Japanese ramen.

If you love spicy food the ones from Korea can range from 4000-13000 Scoville .
I do not use the in package spices because of the high sodium. I make my own seasonings and luv the noodles
I’m not even going to watch this before I comment..
The mistake people make most is they cook the noodles WAY too long. 3 minutes, at most.
They make the mistake of even cooking and eating ramen it's almost like eating plastic it's not nourishing and it's not food
Love me some ramen yummy.
Can't beat a hot bowl of ramen! 🍜
