I don't really eat ramen anymore, but when I was little, my mom would make the noodles too soggy/mushy, which my sister and I would complain about, as we also like our pasta with a bit of bite to it. But I remember she would crack an egg in the boiling water for a poached egg or use leftover homemade bone broth in place of the water. I taught my college roommate about adding a poached egg and spinach into ramen.

Has anyone on here ever put peanut butter in their ramen? I just about fell out of my chair when I saw that–but then maybe it's good. Do you use the peanut butter and the seasoning? Do you add anything else? I would absolutely love some words of wisdom on the subject of peanut butter and ramen from an experienced combiner of these two seemingly incompatible ingredients. Thanks you!!
