    It's also best to use a meat thermometer or a digital thermometer to check the internal temperature of your meats or whatever it is you're air frying. I always use my digital thermometer to check the temperature of meat that was frozen when beginning, and had to air fry a few minutes longer.

    As a matter of fact. I do put my frozen pizza in a cold oven and here’s why. By the time it reaches the temperature, it’s all thawed out making baking time around 5 to 10 minutes at the higher temp. Much faster for dinner and saves on electricity or gas. Why waste the time to preheat. Double duty baby it works for me

    The oil you deep fry with ain’t the one you gotta watch out for , it’s the oils ( trans fat) in processed food that’s the killer, like in potato chips , in America if the food has less then 0.05 grams pre serving of trans fats they can legally label it no trans fats , that’s some dirty shit.
