Whoa? Ya'll are in Arkansas? We were at lake Ouachita State Park just last week! We're originally from Arkansas so it was nice to be "home". Nice recipe! We don't have an instant pot but it looks like the rest of the world knows something we don't! Ha! Pretty amazing back yard! Well done.
