    Great idea to roast those woody stems!
    I shy away from meal prepping greens because I worry they’ll get mushy after two days. Do you cover these or freeze them? Is it mushy day 5?

    Hi Stacy! I ordered my Viome kit and saw that they offer food sensetivity testing as well. Would you advise I spend the extra $50 for that? I can't imagine they would include something in the "eat lots of" category that I would be sensitive to. Your thoughts? Thanks for the salad! It looks very nutritious!!
