Try the teo chew style where they braise the whole duck. Don't fry it. Use the teo chew sauce in the pressure cooker and braised the feet until soft & serve. More yummy.

Do you need the tapioca/corn starch because the chicken feet already is gelatinous ?
Chicken feet have a lot of collagen which is good for you and they are really tasty, I know a lot of Americans shudder at them, but if you once give them a try you will be hooked. Also, I have found that clippers for dog's toenails work really well at removing the chicken nails, much quicker and easier than shears or a knife.
