99% certain Suadero is not (at all Brisket). Looking why the mistake, it seems Suadero, Matambre in Argentina, in some countries like Perú is named Falda, and the common translation of Brisket is Falda, but definitely not the same part! other than that, great video!

so what your missing out on eating is enchiladas, tortas de picadillo, pigs feet in vinegar, cuero, tortas de milanesa, and fresh churros , alot of these have more diversity. try out grilled onion and also grilled chicken theyre a little spicy but they have alot of flavour. and some rice too. try out some pastries. im pretty sure you havent explored that yet.
