Ahhh your channel is the best I’ve found yet! I love how you cook more than just Mexican cuisine. But, I am extremely excited to try this fideo! My Abuela used to make this all the time when I was growing up and she would call it fideo or poor mans meal. There’s tons of variations that you could do for it. She’s done chicken breasts, ground beef, etc. Thank you so much!!❤️❤️

Once water is boiling, the fideo only needs 10 minutes of boiling to be done. And, leaving the chicken droppings would give more flavor to the dish.
THAT LOOKS SO GOOD…. I USUALLY BLEND UP MY ONIONS AND GARLIC IN TOMATO SAUCE THAT WAY MY KID WON'T NOTICE. I ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN BLENDING MY ONION UP FOR ALL MY DISHES. SHE HASN'T NOTICED AT ALL LOL
