    Hi Sahil, not sure if this will be your cup of tea as your cooking style is big on flavour and weight loss foods often arent, but there's a n Irish chap called Jonathan Clarke on YouTube who does loads of really easy fat loss + muscle gain recipes that you might like. I'm no longer Keto and I'm really enjoying that freedom so I like cherry picking from a variety of channels for my recipe inspo nowadays, with my priority being macros and results. He's not a foody type by nature(he doesn't fry his onions well bless him lol) but he does body building so his macros are really good. I think your natural chef skills and his macros would be a perfect combo. I hope this doesn't offend you as your recipes are amazing. I'm just thinking of your weight loss goals now and I think you'd take his meal ideas and make them more tasty. I hope I don't get lynched for saying that lol

    I like seeing all diets/foods people eat and how it affects their weight and health. I'm currently transitioning to a more protein focused plan. I feel like that is what keeps cravings and portions under control.

    If you ever having a thought that it has been this many weeks I’m doing this ,shall I just stick with recipes. Then just think since when you been doing recipes. And whatever is the answer to that. Does that answer suggest to stop something.
    Personally I don’t think you should stop. Maybe you can add something more for playlist. But this 16 weeks kind of thing must go on definitely. I insist 😊

    Glad you made a good recovery from whatever. I, myself, had to have a tooth extracted on Tuesday. So my diet this week has been basically scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, and tuna salad (canned tuna + mayo). No chewing required.

    I really like the vlog series and especially the title "Unimpressive weight loss". It somehow puts things straight about losing body fat in a very gentle way. I lost my first 20kg the first 4 months of keto, then next 11kg in one year. I guess my last 5kg will take around 3 years. Lol But seriously I haven't starve myself and my weight loss from a point on is very unimpressive also hence I like the series so much. I hadn't realized so many people won your book! That's awesome!
