We just got a Cava near my house and I am loving it! I'm inspired now to try this. I'm wondering if chickpeas are high in carbs and I'll definitely add avocado, but I'm interested in the pickled onions too. I always hold that on my bowls at the restaurant, but now I want to try that.

Tzatziki Dressing : Greek Yoghur – plain, Garlic (crushed or powdered if you want) lemon juice, cucumber (peeled into ribbons or julienne peeler) salt (cucumber – squeeze out water – use the salt in ingredients list to help this process), parsley. Check for taste, +/- salt and cracked black pepper.
