Not just you! I always use disposable gloves, or my husband volunteers to mix it. I would agree with your wrap up comment, cook the meatloaf in the oven. But it looked delicious plated.

Hi Kim! I've done the meatloaf and mashed potatoes in the pressure cooker but instead of using my pot in pot, I double wrapped mine in foil and sat it right on top of the potatoes. When it was done I opened up the foil and threw it in the oven to crisp it up. It was good but it saved no time so I haven't done it again. This was all before I had the pot in pot and my air fryer.

when handling raw meat, especially mixing meatloaf or meatballs I always use gloves. The feeling just grosses me out! my roommate literally makes fun of me because I have surgical gloves on when I'm separating meats after grocery shopping etc! thanks for the video! how would you change this for someone who doesn't have an instant pot? How will you change it to do in your oven?

*We have been using the power cooker for over a year and can't imagine life without it!>>>arah.in/KIUv   The only draw back is that the instructions that come with it leave much to be desired; however, there are several great forums online and many instructional videos available as well. Definitely a keeper!

I've made "mashed potatoes" twice in the last couple of weeks using equal weights of potatoes and cauliflower to lower the points. They are delicious and my family thinks so too. You can't really tell there is cauliflower in the mixture.
