I'm loving your channel even though I'm near 70, a city gal and divorced with no kids. Lol. Wish I could have gotten my ex (who was from a little holler in KY) to go back down there years ago to live the country life). You and your kids are adorable, and those meals look really good to me. Stay safe on your trip with the bad weather. Wish your mother a speedy recovery. I like to steam my hard boil eggs, which I have been doing for years. I only do less thana a dozen. No need to drag the instapot out for a small batch. I would use it for a large amount of eggs.
