Hey E, I just order the tofu off Amazon because I have issues finding the tetra box tofu as well and it's easier. Using the fresh tofu makes it tastes different but it will still work but I find not as good.

Do you have a Sprouts nearby? They usually carry the Mori-Nu shelf stable tofu that works well in McDougall’s mayo recipe.
