    Great timing! I was just thinking I need to think of healthier options for fall cooking. I tend to eat heartier meals when it starts to get cold vs light things like salads.

    I especially liked learning more about cashew cream and making tzatziki.
    I have been using cashews to make homemade cashew yogurt in my Instant Pot! So easy and delish!
    Now I’m wondering what other sauces, etc. I can make with cashews.

    Thank you for the free 3-day meal plan. That is so nice and handy to have everything ready for prep. These meals look great! I am sure I could easily eat these meals for 3 days but how long did Natalie prepare for the movie, surely months. I don't know how actors do that. I would be so sick of these foods, even if they were my favorites. I actually pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast everyday, oats and berries with chia/flax. For lunch it is salad, but I definitely switch up the flavors and dinner is always different. Happy September 🙂
