Thanks. This type of video is always interesting. I started cooking pounds of meat at a time (saute or roasted) like the homeschool mom's with 10+ children…That changed my life. Meat is always ready in the freezer!

I reuse freezer bags the same way. And if not too grungy, I rinse/dry and pack meat packaging inside to throw away. Meat packaging doesn't smell up the trash/space this way.

Not overkill at all! It's a lot of work. I know you are tired. I'm tired. We are all tired. Praying something changes soon in this world…..

You just reminded me I need to get an instant pot. I've just been using all of my crockpots.

There is a channel on Facebook for recipes from the depression. They are always posting good ones. I bet you could do great things with it.

Those look great!! Love those 2 gallon bags! I'll have to keep my eyes open for them! Do you ever freeze things in glass? Yes I have a similar chopper & mince my garlic cloves on it & everything!! I just did some full dehydrated meals in vacuum seal bags. So I cooked the ground beef, rice, beans and peppers then dehydrated everything & put seasonings in the bag & vacuum sealed it up & put directions on it! Its awesome & doesn't take up freezer space! Keep up the great content! God Bless!
