You are beautiful. Congrats on the 70 lb weight loss and maintaining. That’s the hard part. Just switching from Keto to WFPB FOR My type2 diabetes. I can’t believe I can enjoy fruit and whole grains again with no insulin spikes. Thx for the recipes.

I appreciate these videos, because what you show, what your goals are, and what your size and current weight is makes it clear that what I have long been fighting, but I am slowly trying to embrace the facts of this lifestyle: I must starve myself daily and constantly and continuously. Judging from what you post, you eat about 1200 calories a day, and you are 5'10" and 120#, and want to lose 5# more. I'm 5'5" and 158 pounds, and based on what you are, I should be about 100 pounds, or 95, which I'll never ever achieve. But I'm going to work very hard — and deprive myself of calories — and get down to 140# by the end of the year. Maybe, maybe, maybe I'll be able to be strong enough to deprive myself and starve myself and get down to 130#, but I'll never achieve the 95# that based on your stats I should be at, but at least I'll be down 20 to 30 pounds. My daily caloric goal will be 800 to 1000 calories of whole, healthy foods, but I know that after about 5 days straight w/o a break of anything fun and off script, I'll be bored, so those days I'll simply deprive myself of food at all so the next day, when I am famished, at least I'll like my potatoes and banana again and roasted veggies. Keep up the videos, for I'll be back again for more encouragement that my deprivation and starvation is at least finally getting me the body that I can feel comfortable in.

I started the starch solution on 7/26/2022 it is now 9/17/2022 and I'm down 21 lbs. I went from 171 to 150 in 1 month and 2 weeks. My house is currently under construction and I have been staying at a hotel (for about a month now) and I have been able to keep up with this life style. I keep bags of hashbrown, veggies, salsa and fruits in the small fridge that I have in the hotel room. I did start including a protein shake after my work out and I really dont feel like it has affected my weight loss progress. I have watched other HCLF plant base youtubers but the mommy vegan made it seem so easy for me. Shes the one that actually motivated me to start my starch solution life style. Thank you for your videos Taylor!

I would love more videos for us who are almost 50 years old. It’s hard to lose 10 lbs and I feel like I’m going to have to do cardio and gym daily along with my Whole Foods lifestyle. Any ideas?
