Is it really safe to put glass containers in the freezer? Does it have to be a special type of glass? Pyrex? Don't the contents expand & break the glass? Has someone tried it?

Hello. Loved your videos. I had extra store bought cashew milk and froze it. When I thawed it out, it lost it's good consistency. Would that be prevented since it is being stored with solids such as the fruits?

I have heard that men shouldn’t eat too much Chia seeds due to iron consumption… What are your thoughts? Also, the servings have 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds in them, right? How much iron is that for one person? These servings look amazing! I’m going to try this but I am serving six people three meals a day… I’d rather Make it and eat it… Ha ha… A few leftover jars would be great though for a quick out the door breakfast for my husband, Though I am concerned about the amount of iron in it, like I said… Your thoughts?
