As a girl from Philly, it makes me so mad to see people who put fried peppers on sandwiches! When you get a cheesesteak, the peppers arenโ€™t fried, theyโ€™re brined!
I really want to try the overnight oats.

The sheet pan kielbasa bowls look delicious. I don't mind chopping zucchini and carrots, but peppers (with all those seeds) drive me batty. =) Great job preparing healthy meals!

Hi Kristi, How yummy. Great meal ideas. ๐Ÿ˜Š It does look like at least 3 cups for points back on those veggies. Walmart carries Butterball Turkey Sausage for @ $3.47. It's delicious. I hope you are doing well and have a great week, my friend. โคโค๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒท

I would also recommend if youโ€™re making these again, is to leave the maple syrup out! I think the amount of chocolate syrup would be sufficient to sweeten the oats with. Just a thought ๐Ÿ˜Š I love your meal preps! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Delicious recipes and ideas, as always.

just a friendly tip for the overnight oats I stir and mix all my dry ingredients first then add my liquids. I find it much easier.

As for how sweet your oats were you could also cut back or leave out the sugar replacement and/or the maple syrup. Might be sweet enough without it

What does one scoop of the vital proteins equal? Would it be 2 tablespoons? I don't have that but I thought if I use my own unsweetened cocoa powder, I would know.

WOW!! What great ideas, Ms K,..terrific selections. I will be doing the chocolate oats tomorrow. I like how you do that salmon & cauliflower dinner too.
I only think about Philly cheese steak sandwiches when I hear the name โ€œPhillyโ€. We had them a lot as kidsโ€ฆfast & easy. It is the thinly sliced beef & melted cheese that I associate with the name, really.
Thanks for all the new suggestions. Now Iโ€™m hungry for hummus & carrots! ๐Ÿคฃ
