This was a very interesting video. It was helpful too. I always like to get new meal ideas. I am trying to find new ways to navigate through this time of high prices. I walked out of the store the other day with two bags. A couple of years ago the same amount of money would pay for a whole cart of food.
I shop mostly at my Kroger in Central Illinois I have been buying only markdown meat for several years and other markdown items when I find them. I use digital and paper coupons and shop the sales.
I don't know why but I've always started cooking my beef roast when it was frozen it just seems to be more tender to me
Great tips. I stock up on meat when it’s at the lowest price in my area. I then freeze individual portions so I can make meals easily. We’ve saved a lot doing this!
