Got the quarterly plan, and of course I had to move it into my Notion workspace 😉 All the recipes were outstanding, and the care you put into outlining the prep, the steps, the components, thinking about how things work together is what most other content around meal prep lacks. I'm very impressed and excited about the next recipes!

I Love your channel & a few recipes I've tried👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽But recently I'm needing to get my digestion in balance and my regimen given to me by my ayurvedic doc for my situation means I should not consume a lot of ingredients in your recipes. 😮For me raw salads are a no no, no wheat, and chickpeas and any harder to digest beans, no tomatoes, white potatoes & cashews either, no sour foods or fermented foods( soy sauce). but I do eat lots of mung beans, split mung beans red lentils, rice and sauteed veggies with cumin coriander turmeric garlic onions, and other spices and lots of medicinal ghee which I make at home. Dr. Narams mung bean soup is a staple. If you ever want to try tweaking his soup recipe I'd love to see what your creativity comes up with that would stay within these guidelines. There are a few YT videos with his mung bean soup if you're curious. That being said, I wish you all the best with your new meal plan program and continued success with your channel! 👍🏽❤️🙏🏽

Hi there. I’m a little worried because I just tried to sign up for your plan and picked the quarterly option using Apple Pay. It said payment processed but it didn’t bring me to the next step, I didn’t get to the website and after the payment process successful message I was still on the sign up page. How can I email you to have this looked at

I just signed up for the annual subscription. You are a life saver. I've been looking for something like this since my Vegan journey. I didn't want to subscribe to some food delivery service because I like preparing my meals in my own kitchen. So looking forward to experiencing this life changing journey. Thanks again.

Oh my god. I've been using your cookbook, but haven't dropped by your youtube or website in a while and literally two days ago I was wishing that you had meal planning lessons or something! I am going to sign up immediately. I LOVE all your recipes!

Hi, I’ve just bought your book as was recommended but as wondering if it’s good for weight loss?
Are your meals high carbs, high fat, high protein?
Was just wondering what ratio the macros were (roughly) on what you go by?
    Thank you ❤

My husband and I already signed up, so excited to start this—genius idea! The only thing that kept us from buying the whole year up front is the lack of macros provided. Please please please consider adding this feature/detail, even if it ups the price to have access to it, Nisha! 🙂 I know not everyone cares but for gym rats like us, knowing the details (even just the big 4: calories, protein, fat, and carbs) of each portion would have made this perfect in every single way. I don't need the meals to be perfect and complete gym food by themselves by any means, but just being able to know what else we should fit around the meals in order to get the right numbers in most days would be incredible. Thank you thank you!!

I was trying to create something like this over the summer with shared components and it was such a stressful headache. I made 4 weeks worth of plans and then gave up.

I'm sooooo excited to get started with this!

Love this idea!! If I ever finally move somewhere with a kitchen I share with less than 8 people and some more fridge space, I will sign up so fast. Maybe I can get this for my mom to not-so-sneakily get her to eat more plant-based food 🤔

The only thing I can add to the other rave reviews is that this may well save me from a lifetime of last minute salads and hummus on toast. I cook for two—husband (an omnivore) and myself. Usually all my thinking goes into planning and preparing his meals. Now, someone is planning my meals—and providing a well thought out guide to prepare them. Even so, if the results weren’t delicious it wouldn’t be worth it. The results so far are spectacular. Eating may become something I look forward to again. Thank you Nisha.

I used to spend, well, a day planning out a weeks worth of meals, agonized over the grocery list, having to navigate between books and iPad recipes to make sure I would have everything. It became a very unwanted task. I got meal plan 1, grocery list took a minute, and by Thursday it took 5 min to put the meal together. I am utterly thrilled, and the taste of the meals is amazing. Your attention to the details is unreal, and cannot thank you enough for all your time and attention as it saves me so much stress, time and energy. 🙏❤️❤️

For those of us in the southern hemisphere – is there a seasonal option (or swaps) for us? or are the recipes relatively season-neutral or adaptable? Trying to shop and eat more sustainably in this sense! Thank you 😊

I love your recipes and adore this systematic approach to fresh/healthy meals but I can’t for the life of me sign up for yet another subscription.

If I could choose a few options a la carte, I would have definitely invested in them on demand.
