Brother very excited for this book I preordered. One thing you got that no anabolic influencer has with recipes it’s not just style or skill but technique. Been waiting for this since I subscribed a few years ago.

I'm so excited to try this, I get McChickens all the time. Quick question, how well would this reheat in the microwave? I want to take this with me to work and I only have access to a microwave

Gonna support you and your efforts as your meals are practical and your not afraid to add something that has more calories to make it taste a bit better.

I have a Weston 22 meat grinder (don’t buy it’s a behemoth)and just got a chamber vacuum sealer which should help keep prepped meals staying in flavor town for a long time . I’ve gone through a few food saver vacs and they pale in comparison to a chamber vac.

I just made the most delicious ground chicken breast meatballs that are flavorful and juicy. The secret to keeping them juicy is using gelatin bloomed in chicken stock. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ld5cECqIFU0&t=239s

Anyways, I’m off to buy the cookbook. Have a great weekend!

Bro you have the best recipes I’ve been implementing them for my PT clients and share your channel. The ninja creami recipes saved my life as I love ice cream and it makes the best ice cream I ever had with 5x less calories!

A bit pricey, but you are awesome and have already given me so many great recipes and ideas, so the fact that it’s to support you makes it feel a little less bad.

    Preordered! Can’t wait!

I do believe that McDonalds uses a "beefy" style powdered flavoring now, made from the same meat as the cows they use for burgers. The flavor itself is subtle, I have tried to make these fries at home several ways, and a crushed beef bullion tastes best for me. and onion powder.

I like your recipes because you add lower calorie mozzarella instead fat free cheese. I dont have fat free cheese nearby. Would the cook book have alternatives? Having a low moisture mozarella alternative on recipes with macros would be great. I’d definitely buy it.
