I buy really high quality meat but still save money by not eating out as much and not snacking. Packaged foods cost a lot for not a lot of nutrient payoff. So meat might be expensive but if it’s all you’re buying, it should be affordable.

Ive been eating less than 50g of carbs over a year.. I went carnivore 6 months straight. Been intermittent fasting over a year, eating in a 4 hour hour window. Love it won't go back. I literally 💩 same time every day…the only "issue"…. its so huge it'll clog toilets

My girlfriends family has a dairy farm and a cheese business grass fed raw milk cheddar cheese. In my opinion it’s the best cheese you can find in the US. Hmu for details on where to get it. It’s far superior to boars head. The website is almost up for online orders

Perhaps you can invite the guy from the channel Revival fitness, his channel is growing because he made a 2 hour video debunking Greg's maingaining advice.
Of course he is a fan of bulking and cutting, specially for naturals.

Great episode, quick tip when you came to the " Kitchen Scissors " Often times they are crap, and you can find heavy-duty shears at someplace like Homedepot, and they are now " Kitchen Scissors " if that's is what you use them for. It's just that simple

High dose Vitamin D requires additional supplementation of Vitamin K2 (MK7), Vitamin A, Boron, and Magnesium to keep blood calcium levels in check and ensure all co-factors of Vitamin D usage are present. Jeff Bowles has a book on Vitamin D that explains this, I've seen great personal results from following the protocols.

I just wish I could stay hydrated on carnivore. Being 300lbs and working a fairly hard sweaty job I don't make it in the summer. Being a high level powerlifter I struggle to keep my strength and progress further on carnivore. I feel great when on it though so one day it will likely become the way.

I just finished 2 months of carnivore. November I did true carnivore and December I added in 1/4 cup of oatmeal a day for Digestion. It made a big difference, down 30 lbs. Last 8-10 lbs coming off this month. Thank you All, especially you Mark, when you said just so carnivore for 8 weeks.. I said OK! Glad I did.
Great content, I look forward to visiting ST gym someday!
