Really lovely. I missed the weight of the butter. I don't think Mary mentioned it …it is 175g according the same recipe on BBC recipes. Hope that helps.

I couldn’t fine pure almond extract. The store only had almond essence. If I use it, do I omit some of the sugar since it contains glucose syrup?
