Catherine, can you tell us information about the different types of onions and how to use them in one of your videos? I am tempted to try different ones but don’t want to mess up the dish. There are yellow, white, red, sweet/Vidalia, pearl, shallot, etc.

another variation of this dish is mushrooms cream and oyster sauce. i think it was 300ml of cream and 3 tbls of oyster sauce mushrooms and chicken and you could also add spinach.
